All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Return & Exchange policy
All Sales are Final. We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.
We will refund the cost of the item and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 10 days of receiving your purchase @ debyfelicia@gmail.com to alert us of the damaged item. Return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund full price of your item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
